 The Yankee Beemers are a private social club chartered by the AMA, the MOA, and the RA. All events are open to the public. All bikes and riders are welcome. Dates and times are subject to change. These changes are posted on our web forum. Before you ride 1000 miles to an event its best to check in and verify that the details have not changed. We post changes here as soon as we can. Our events are all run by volunteers. Please pre-register for events as it helps us get the food count right. Please invite your friends to join us. Please use the online PayPal system if you can.
Please mail checks to: Consider joining the club. The funds go directly to operating the events. We are a non-profit motorcycle club. Unlike other clubs that have only a Facebook page, or just get together at the local bar, we put on a lot of great events that require us to pay up front. Your membership dues help keep the campfires burning. Volunteering at events is a great way to make new friends and help the club offer more to our members.
We have monthly breakfasts at the Willowbrook restaurant. They are usually, but not always the 3rd Sunday of the Month at 9am. Please note the new time.
All bikes are welcome.
We are always looking for people to run informal rides to eat, tech days, or give a talk at the breakfast meeting about something cool.

Morning:In the morning we are working on Joe’s 1958 R50 /2. The engine needs the slinger service done. We are going pull the engine so that we can deliver it to a local engine shop for service.
Lunch:Hot dogs, burgers, waters, and chips will be provided. We will have some vegetarian options. Feel free to bring something to pitch in. Potato salad, or a desert … what ever. If you have special dietary requirements let me know, or bring your own. The BBQ grill is available.
Afternoon:If all goes well with the /2 in the morning, after lunch we will put my 1984 R80 RT on the lift, pull the tranny and do a spline lube. You will see what it takes to get this job done; not as daunting as it may seem. We have a snowflake rim that needs a new race and bearings. We will try to fit this job in. You can also bring your bike in for some work. We will help you do your own MC maintenance. Bring fluids, farkle, spark plugs, etc. We will be here to help you with tasks such as: fluid changes, install GPS mounts, minor adjustments, touch ups, and parts replacement. In general we will help you learn to be more self-sufficient when it comes to MC maintenance and repairs. There is a garage with floor space for several bikes at once. The motorcycle lift will be occupied, but I have a few assorted jacks if needed. We have basic (and some specialty) tools on site, but you may need to bring other specialty tools if needed for your specific project.
Swap Meet:We will have some tables and tarps laid out for your motorcycle related parts, farkle, riding gear, camping gear, bits, and baubles. Buy, sell, trade, or give away motorcycle/camping/tools related items only. Please attend your table, and take all your unsold items home with you at the end of the day. |

We are going Back to Jamaica! September 29,2023 Join us at Jamaica State Park in Jamaica, Vermont. The Fall Campout at Jamaica is the last official YB campout of the season. This is the finest time of year to ride Vermont! This campout has moved around over the years, and we like to keep it fresh. This year we go back to Jamaica for some twisty roads, fall foliage, real maple syrup, and all that is the essence of riding Vermont in the fall.
